I want a specific cup/set of cups - Can I preorder?

I can offer a small number of preorders and love to hear from you. Please be aware that lead times can be 4 weeks or more.

When will more stock be added to the website?

At this stage small batch releases will be every couple of months. You will hear about release dates via instagram cm.pottery

What happens if my item arrives faulty/damaged?

I always take care & package all items well & with love! Unfortunately I can't control what happens when they leave me but if your item arrives damaged, please email me straight away, cmpotterynz@gmail.com
To be eligible for a replacement item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please choose wisely and read the item description, purchases are final & I am unable to offer refunds for a change of mind.

Are the cups dishwasher safe?

They can go in the dishwasher however for a longer happier life they are best handwashed where possible.

Can I order overseas?

Can I order a customised cup?

I can take a limited number of custom orders per month e.g. name/initial stamped on cup. Please just drop me an email ~
